Information used to fulfill your video

We process your car photo, optional selfie, checkout email, order and credit records, and technical data needed to operate and protect the service. The car photo must be yours or one you have rights to use. A selfie must show yourself or a consenting adult.

Photos may contain car badges or license plates. Your photos stay private and are not used in public showcases. Do not upload information you do not want processed to fulfill your video.

Processing and payment providers

Cloudflare hosts the service and private media. Our configured generation and moderation providers process your inputs to fulfill the request. Stripe processes card payments. We receive your checkout email and payment status, not your full card number. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and private links

Uploads are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. Download delivered files and keep private order and wallet links secure. These links allow their holders to access videos and credits. You can request replacement links from your wallet. Order and payment records may be retained where needed for support, refunds and recordkeeping.

Your requests

Contact support from your checkout email for access, correction or deletion requests. Include your private order link so we can locate your records.
