Car AI video refund policy | Roadster Demo AI

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Roadster Demo AI is operated by the Roadster Demo AI Team.

Failed videos

Failed video = credit back. A failed generation automatically returns its credit to your wallet. You may use the credit for another scene.

Unused credits

Request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. A partly used pack is refunded proportionally at the amount paid. Credits never expire. There is no subscription to cancel.

Delivered files and payment returns

Delivered videos use their credits. AI can alter car details and motion. Report a broken or inaccessible file for review with your private order link. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
